Section 2 - Public Liability Insurance

(See Terms & Conditions clause 4. Insurance)

You are required to forward a copy of your public liability insurance certificate to the Boat Show Office. Your certificate must comply with the Terms & Conditions clause 4.b. Failure to forward a current certificate will result in your account being debited for the amount of the Boat Show’s group public liability cover ($330).

Section 3 - Industry Discount

(does not apply after March 31, 2010)

A 10% industry discount is offered on Display Fees to current financial members to any one of the following:

Australian or International Marine Industry Associations, or
Super Yacht Base Australia (SYBA), or
Australian International Marine Export Group (AIMEX).

(See Terms & conditions 3.1b) These are the only organizations eligible for the display fee discount). Management will check the current financial status of applicants claiming this discount.
